Summary:
The Hypothalamus Comprehensive Database is a multi-species developmental and adult database covering human, macaque and mouse, integrating single cell transcriptome, single cell epigenome and single cell spatialome. The database covers development, evolution, disease and ageing, providing a systematic reference database for the hypothalamus field.Overall design:
We collected mouse hypothalamus during E11.5, E14.5, P0, P7, P14, P30 for single-cell/nucles transcriptome and single-nucles epigenome sequencing; We collected non-human primate macaque hypothalamus tissue at PCW5, PCW8, PCW11 for single-cell transcriptome sequencing; We collected human embryonic hypothalamus at PCW5, PCW6, PCW7, PCW9, PCW10, PCW12, PCW13, PCW16, PCW20 were collected for single-cell/nucles transcriptome and epigenome sequencing. We collected mouse hypothalamus during E11.5, E13.5, E15.5, P0, P7 for single cell spatial transcriptome sequencing.Platform:
