DCS Data Portal (DNA/Cell/Spatial Omics)
CNGBdb maintains close collaboration with global scientific programs and alliances, constructing scientific database applications to promote the open sharing of global scientific data.
Spaial Omics : The STOmicsDB (Spatial Transcript Omics DataBase) , in partnership with the Spatial Transcript Omics Consortium (STOC), has established standards and systems for spatial transcriptomics data archiving. It supports major scientific projects, including the Mouse Embryo Spatiotemporal Transcriptomic Atlas (MOSTA). Through STOmicsDB, users can submit various data types, such as raw sequencing data, spatial transcriptomic matrices, annotation files, image data, and downstream analysis results for data analysis and visualization.
Cell Omics : The CDCP (Cell-omics Data Coordinate Platform) integrates and standardizes multi-dimensional cell omics data, supporting significant scientific projects like the Non-Human Primate Cell Atlas (NHPCA). It provides a high-efficiency collaborative platform for global researchers in cell omics.
DNA Omics : The Genomics Data Portal is dedicated to the integration and sharing of global biodiversity data. Through initiatives such as the Earth BioGenome Project (EBP) and the Mariana Trench Environmental and Ecological Research (MEER), it offers rich genomic data resources for biodiversity research. Additionally, it serves as China's first partner for GISAID (the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data).
