The cluster marker genes with an adjusted P-value<0.05 were selected. We defined cluster markers with a log2 fold change of more than 0.15 as upregulated genes, and performed GO and KEGG pathways enrichment analyses on upregulated genes by clusterProfiler (version 4.9.2).
