Single-cell cohort study of aortic dissection with multiple etiologies
IDSTT0000166(Source: STOmics DB)
STOmics technology:BGI Stereomics Stereo-Seq
Organism(s):
Data type:Spatial transcriptomics
Sample scope:Multiisolate
Summary:The etiology of arterial dissection and aneurysm remains unclear, leading to a lack of effective treatments and a high risk of fatality. Traditional research methods have struggled to elucidate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying these complex diseases. Therefore, this study employs single-cell and spatial omics analyses to comprehensively map the cellular and molecular changes throughout the disease progression of arterial dissection and aneurysm. Additionally, it systematically identifies key molecular markers and potential intervention mechanisms, thereby providing new insights for the early diagnosis and treatment of arterial dissection and aneurysm.
