Dataset information
Summary:
We molecularly characterized Clumps and single cells from Jejunum. This enable us to uncover the zonation of rare secretory cells on crypt to villus axis.
Overall design:
mRNA profiles from clumps and single cells, EDTA isolated jejunum epithelial clumps and single cells were sequenced in several batches in an Illumina NextSeq.
Technology:
ClumpSeq
Platform:
GPL21626
Species:
Mus musculus(mm10)
Development stage:
3 months,4 months
Submission date: 2020-07-20Update date: 2021-06-15
