Summary:
We molecularly characterized Clumps and single cells from Jejunum. This enable us to uncover the zonation of rare secretory cells on crypt to villus axis.Overall design:
mRNA profiles from clumps and single cells, EDTA isolated jejunum epithelial clumps and single cells were sequenced in several batches in an Illumina NextSeq.Technology:
ClumpSeq
Platform:
GPL21626
