Investigation on the transcriptome and intercellular communication of different cells of trigeminal nerve in trigeminal neuralgia rat by spatial transcriptome sequencingOverall design:
Unilateral mechanical compression-induced TN rat model was prepared. The trigeminal root, semilunar ganglion and proximal branches from the diseased side of three individual were isolated and squeezed into the first three capture areas (trigeminal neuralgia, TN1, 2, 3), whereas the healthy side from two of three individual were put into the final capture area (healthy control, HC) of Visium Spatial Gene Expression Slide.Technology:
