Dataset information
Summary:
Via integrating Stereo-seq (spatiotemporal enhanced resolution omics-sequencing) with single-cell transcriptomic profiling, we constructed a spatiotemporal atlas of human endometrial receptivity at single-cell resolution.
Overall design:
This human endometrium dataset depict the spatial distribution and dynamic organization of these distinct cell types in LH2, LH7, LH9 and LH12. Stereo-seq was applied to capture the spatial transcriptomic landscapes of endometrium during the establishment of receptivity. To enhance the accuracy of spatial cell annotation, particularly for cell types with smaller populations and diffuse distributions, such as endothelial cells and immune cells, Stereo-seq was integrated with scRNA-seq to annotate cells in endometrium. This combined approach mapped these cell types across 179,520 spatial spots in the endometrium with high precision
