We performed spatial transcriptomics of a tumor section from a patient post-treatment with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland.Overall design:
LGACC tissue was embedded in paraffin at the time of excision. The FFPE block was sliced at 10 µm and placed on 10x Genomics Visium slide for spatial transcriptomic pipeline.Technology:
