Summary:
Spatial transcriptomics of six surgically-resected human brain metastasis samplesOverall design:
After surgical resection, parts of six human brain metastases were embedded in OCT and frozen in a dry ice/2-methylbutane bath. 10 脦录M sections were placed on Visium gene expression slides which were stored at -80C until use. Slides were methanol fixed and stained with H&E and imaged at 10x on a Biotek Lionheart microscope. Tissues were permeabilized and libraries generated according to the manufacturer's protocols. Images for all samples are available in all_spatial_images.tar.gz.Technology:
10x Visium
