Human ( Homo sapiens )
Human (Homo sapiens)

Humans are a species of intelligent beings on Earth, classified under the phylum Chordata, class Mammalia, order Primates, and suborder Haplorhini. Scientifically known as Homo sapiens, humans are the only known organisms with advanced intelligence, complex social structures, and highly developed culture. The evolutionary history of humans dates back approximately 200,000 years when the ancestors of modern humans first appeared in Africa. Biological features of humans include bipedalism, a well-developed brain, tool usage, and language communication, enabling them to adapt to diverse environments and establish complex societies and cultural structures. Throughout human evolution, key factors such as the development of language, tool usage, and social cooperation have played crucial roles. Humans also possess the ability of cultural transmission, allowing knowledge, skills, and values to be passed down through generations. Human diversity is evident across different regions and cultures, contributing to the richness of human civilization. Human lifestyles, social structures, and cultures have undergone significant changes over history and geography, evolving from early hunter-gatherer societies to agricultural civilizations, industrial eras, and the current information age. Humans continually adapt and innovate in response to their changing environments.
