The Medicinal Plant DataBase (MPDB) collects and shares multi-organ, multi-period, multi-dimensional, and multi-level multi-omics research data of medicinal plants, and establishes a database for the evaluation of medicinal plant germplasm resources and breeding of new varieties. In the fields of quality control of Chinese herbal medicines, synthetic biology of active ingredients, etc., it provides molecular foundation and technical support.
