To better examine the pharmaceutically active components and key genes of medicinal plans devoted for traditional human medicine, the Multi-omics study for Medicinal Plants dataset summarizes a series of “-omics” technologies analyse data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics) from 200 selected medicinal plants, explores the mechanism about how they will play an increasingly important role in future pharmaceutical research, fills the data gap in medicinal plant chemistry and biology.
