        通过收集500例植入前遗传学筛查的胚胎活检细胞样本，采用华大开发的胚胎植入前遗传学筛查技术对胚胎活检细胞样本进行全基因组扩增和建库，使用BGISEQ-500平台进行测序，随后进行染色体异常的分析；根据分析得到的胚胎染色体核型结果，分别选择200例阳性即携带CNV的样本和200例阴性即核型正常的样本的数据做数据集，可以为后续数据的分析提供参考。
