DATApla9: The 10,000 Medicinal Plants project of GuangXi

The Database of 10,000 Medicinal Plants aims to build the largest big data centre of medicinal plants in the world. This project would sequence over 10,000 genomes representing every major clade of medicinal plants within the next three years (2019-2021), interpreting the relationship between the big data of medicinal plants and the pharmaceutical efficacy. Department of Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region supported this project.
