Project name: Aeromonas salmonicida

Description: Gram-negative bacteria; Aeromonas salmonicida is frequently the cause of infectious diseases in both farmed and wild fish health in BC. This project aims to develop strategies to predict and access the antimicrobial resistivity/susceptibility profile and characterization of the genomic hotspots associated with AMR. Notably, the database will provide a descriptive information or metadata, useful for larger scientific community.
