Project name: Effect of antiviral drugs on gene expression in the control of CMV infection in passion fruit

Description: To investigate the resistance mechanism of control drugs in resisting CMV virus, we established an indoor CMV- Passion fruit seedling in vivo screening model, treated with different antiviral commercial agents, and then we performed gene expression profiling on RNA-seq data of the best effective drug treatment group.Overall design: Gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data of the 5% amino-oligosaccharide agent-treated group with higher efficacy against CMV virus compared with the CK group
