Description: We have compared two commercial SB conversion kits: the Zymo Conversion kit and the QIAGEN Conversion kit with an EM conversion kit, NEB EM-seq kit, using soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merrill) DNA samples. Further, we have benchmarked the use of these three kits with the NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB) for sample preparation for high-throughput sequencing.
