Project name: Glycine max

Description: RenSeq is a gene enrichment and sequencing method that target NLR genes. It was applied to two populations of near-isogenic lines carrying different Rps genes. Libraries of 300 and 3000 bp fragments were respectively sequenced using Illumina MiSeq and Oxford Nanopore's MinIon for the resistant lines and recurrent parents.
