Project name: Solanum lycopersicum
Description: In this experiment, In this experiment, we re-sequenced the DNA of high generation homozygous inbred lines '116' (male parent, easy to produce flowering reversal), '117' (female parent, without flowering reversal) and 25 plants each of F2 extreme mixed pool (FD1 Mixing pool and FR1 Mixing pool). The experimental materials came from Key Laboratory of Biology and Genetic Improvement of Horticultural Crops (Northeast Region), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, College of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin, China, planted in Xiangyang Experimental Base of Northeast Agricultural University, normal management. In order to find the main genes controlling flowering reversal in tomato, SNP and InDel analysis were used for preliminary gene mapping, and then combined with QTL to narrow the mapping interval.
