Description: ABI4 (MtrunA17_Chr5g0437371) is an AP2 transcription factor that is upregulated during seed maturation. To identify genes that are regulated by this transcription factor in the model legume Medicago truncatula, Tnt1 insertion mutants were identified and RNA sequencing was performed on two abi4 mutants and the wild type seeds at 13 DAP, 24 DAP and mature seeds.Overall design: Three replicates of 50 seeds harvested from different plants were sequenced for two Tnt1 insertion mutants, NF10440 (hsfa9-1) and NF13157 (Mthsfa9-2) in the R108 background and the wildtype R108.
