Description: In this work, the genome of Colletotrichum sansevieriae, the causal agent of Anthracnose in Snake Plant (Dracaena trifasciata), was sequenced and annotated. The genome was used to extract multiple loci for the construct of a multigene tree. This newly improved genome is now available and can be use to conduct comparative genomic analyses and other studies.
