Description: This study aimed to survey the virulence, resistance and biofilm potential of S.pettenkoferi strains isolated from bloodstream and diabetic foot ulcers (+/- osteomyelitis). Whole genome sequencing of S.pettenkoferi isolates was performed to study their genetic diversity, resistome and virulome.
