Description: To investigate the expression profiling of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer after AI treatment, we obtained tumor samples from breast cancer patients receiving adjuvant AI treatment, then performed RNA sequencing and gene expression profiling analysis for 14 different breast tumor samples.Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for AI-sensitive (S1-S7) and AI-resistant (R1-R7) tumor samples obtained from breast cancer patients
