Description: Choline-free high-fat model feed is generally called high-fat CDAA model feed. CDAA is short for Choline Deficient L-Amino Acid Defined Diet. From its name, it can be seen that the Diet does not use protein, but Amino Acid instead, so as to avoid the Choline contained in protein raw materials. CDAA-HFD was used to induce NASH in C57/6B mice. Transcriptome analysis was performed on liver tissues of the mice.
