Description: We analysed the methylated cytocines in gDNA sequence of Medicago (A17) embryos during seed maturation concerning Heat Stress. Embryos were harvested at four developemental stages (called S1 to S4): 17, 26, 36 and 44 days after polination (DAP) at 20°C and 14, 17, 22 and 28 days after polination (DAP) at 26°C.Overall design: Three replicates of embryos at four seed developemental stages produced at 20 and 26 degrees
