Description: Cf-13 induced a remarkable HR in tomato plants inoculated with C. fulvum physiological race 1.2.3.4. We utilized the RNA-seq technique to isolate tomato genes related to the Cf-13-mediated resistance response.The results help us further understanding tomato defense mechanisms and provide us the basis for finding new ways of controlling tomato leaf mold disease.
