Description: In this study, we used double-digest RAD sequencing (ddRADseq) to genotype the grandparents, F1 hybrids, and F2 progeny of intercrosses between lake and stream threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) from four independent watersheds (Boot, Misty, Pye, Roberts) on Vancouver Island, Canada to determine whether the same quantitative trait loci (QTL) underlie divergence in the same phenotypes.
