Description: The Pseudomonas extremaustralis 14-3b bacteria genome was sequenced in 1/4th Roche's FLX Titanium 454 pico-titter plate. 315,775 reads were obtained with a 425.5bp average length. The genome was assembled in 140 contigs (113 greater than 500bp) using GS De Novo Assembler (Newbler) v2.5.3. Sample was isolated from temporary water pond in Antarctica.
