Project name: Erythranthe guttata
Description: The common monkeyflower, Mimulus guttatus (syn. Erythranthe guttata) is a herbaceous wildflower with populations distributed throughout Western North America. The ability of the species to adapt to thrive across this broad range often in diverse and challenging habitats, including serpentine soils, copper mine tailings, and sand dunes, has made it an attractive system to investigate how plants evolve to cope with novel environmental challenges.. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core. For more information, go to: ccgproject.org
