Description: Depletion of RBP33 by RNAi does not seem to have profound effects on chromatin accesibilityOverall design: ATAC-seq was performed in the parental cell line (control samples) and in RBP33-depleted bloodstream trypanosomes after 48h of RNAi induction (RNAi samples). A genomic DNA control sample was treated in the same manner. There are three biological replicates for control and three biological replicates for RNAi, plus one sample for genomic DNA control.
