Description: RBP33 depletion results in the overexpression of 40% (bloodstream) or 20% (procyclic) of all transcripts annotated in the 427 2018 genomeOverall design: Total RNA was obtained from control or RBP33-depleted trypanosomes after 48h of RNAi induction. Three biological replicates for control and three biological replicates for RNAi = 6 samples from bloodstream forms and another 6 samples from procyclic forms.
