But the diversity and structure of airborne bacteria in waste-associated environments are still not clearly understood.Further studies on such environments could provide new insights into bacterial community. Through the whole gene sequencing, we can understand more biological characteristics of the bacteria, and provide the most basic information for the study of its effects. It may be applied in the environment, medical, industrial and other industries in the future.
