Description: Seven barley genotypes ( 42-31, 142-93, 252-33, 252-61, Barke, Lina, and Hsp) were used for resistance gene sequence capture experiment with and without Rhopalosiphum padi rearing. All the genotypes were grown under highly controlled experimental conditions and homogenized leaf samples were used for RNA extraction and paired end Illumina sequencing were performed. Present dataset is only consist of control samples
