Project name: Allele-specific gene expression in stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) spine and fins

Description: Population-specific Gasterosteus aculeatus gene expression differences in developing spines and fins as assessed by RNA-seq.Overall design: Two different populations of stickleback were crossed to each other to generate F1 hybrids. The spines and fins were individually dissected. RNA was extracted to investigate gene expression differences between the two populations.
