Description: Here, we deep sequenced multiple lung tissue samples of SARS-CoV-2 from hamsters that were challenged with BIOQUAL's RSA-020521-750 stock (Lineage B.1.351). The vRNA of these samples were reverse-transcribed in duplicate using the ARTIC multiplex protocol and prepped to be sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq by using a Truseq Library prep kit.
