Project name: Solanum lycopersicum

Description: High-generation inbred lines 116 (control) and 117 (experimental group) from Tomato Research Institute of Northeast Agricultural University were selected for transcriptional resequencing. Three representative specific time points were selected and three biological repeats were carried out at the same time. The purpose of this project is to analyze the transcriptional regulatory network that controls the floral reversion phenomenon in Solanum lycopersicum.
