Project name: Leucoraja erinacea

Description: Whole genome sequencing of little skate (Leucoraja erinacea) was performed with Pacbio CLR and Illumina short reads to generate high quality reference genome of little skate for post-genomic analyses. The post-genomic analyses involve comparing transcriptome and epigenome of fin motor neuron with that of tail region spinal cord and with motor neurons from other vertebrate species via RNA-seq and ATAC-seq to study development of motor neuron.
