Description: Here, we deep sequenced multiple BAL samples of SARS-CoV-2 from Non-human primates that were re-challenged with BIOQUAL's RSA-030621-750 stock (B.1.351). The vRNA of these stocks were reverse-transcribed in duplicate using the ARTIC protocol and prepped to be sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq by using a Truseq Library prep kit.
