Description: China is a country rich in lactic acid bacteria resources,We collect traditional fermented food from different regions and obtain strains after separation and purification.Among them, one strain of Lactobacillus plantarum was separated from the Yak Yogurt,which collected from Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province,in December 2012.This strain has good fermentation characteristics and can maintain a high number of viable bacteria at room temperature.To further study its characteristics and mechanism, the whole genome of this strain was sequenced,which also laid the foundation for the industrial application of this strain
