Description: The aim of this study was to identify the fusaric acid (FUB) and bikaverin (BIK) gene clusters and to characterize the FUB1 gene in Fusarium circinatum. Core genes of these clusters reportedly contribute the pathogenicity of other Fusarium, and their characterization would help us understand the molecular basis of pathogenicity in this fungus.
