Description: The aim of this project is to construct a high-density genetic map for soybean using SNP markers obtained by Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) approach. Six F4:5 mapping populations , individuals were genotyped , and individual genetic maps were generated for each. Those maps were merged to generate the consensus map, totalling 16,311 mapped SNPs and covering 99.5% of the soybean genome
