Description: The ANP8 isolate was isolated from alfalfa plants grown in saline fields in Qom province. Among all the isolates in the laboratory, ANP8 showed the highest tolerance to salinity and drought stresses. It also had PGPR properties such as nitrogen fixation and dissolution of organic and mineral phosphates and IAA production. After testing this isolation in greenhouse conditions on alfalfa plants, sequencing of the entire genome of this isolate was performed by Denovo method.
