Project name: Ambrosia trifida
Description: This cDNA Library was created from mature male flowers and pollen collected from a single, weedy population of Ambrosia trifida growing on the Bellarmine University campus in Louisville, KY in 2007. Bellarmine students are involved in the isolation and identification of individual accessions. The goal of this project is to characterize the genes expressed in the flowers and pollen of this important allergenic weedy plant.
