Description: The goal of this project is to improve the reference genome assembly of Threespine Sticklebacks. We have used long reads obtained using PacBio Sequel platform to bridge gaps in the existing Hi-C assembled genome. Resulting is a high quality, and a highly contiguos assembly making it suitable for various genomic analysis.
