Project name: Propionibacterium acnes HKGB1

Description: The goal of this study: to find out any novel SNP in virulent factors, which are involved in the pathogenesis of Propionibacterium acnes. This is first report from India regarding the Whole Genome Sequencing of P. acnes, which will helpful to know more details about indian clinical P. acnes isolates for their further study and also helpful in the development of new drugs against acne.
