Description: Study of SARS-CoV-2 outbreak and transmission dynamics in North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany. Targeted Sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 was performed on several patient samples. Strains related to the Heinsberg outbreak were identified and the subsequent outbreak dynamics in the state capital Dusseldorf was studied.
