Description: A strain of A. salmonicida was isolated in Zhangzhou city, Fujian province in April 2018 from diseased E. coioides with typical symptoms of furunculosis. This strain was identified as A. salmonicida after 16S rDNA identification and named SRW-OG1. The present study performs genome sequence on Aeromonas salmonicida SRW-OG1, hopes to investigate the virulence genes in Aeromonas salmonicida SRW-OG1.
