Description: This 03 version of AGTA00000000 submitted by the University of Maryland used PacBio reads from a male of the same species to improve the previous assembly, MetZeb1.1 (GCA_000238955.2; AGTA02000000) from Illumina reads submitted by the Broad Institute. The PacBio sequences were used to identify misassembles and fill gaps, creating an improved assembly.
