Project name: Transcriptomic analysis of CLL4-induced liver injury in WT and DPT KO mice

Description: C57Bl6J mice were injected CCL4 for 8 weeks to induce liver injury and livers were used to prepare RNA.Overall design: Dpt-null mice and their WT littermates were treated with CCL4 or olive oil (control) for 8 weeks. RNA from livers were processed for analysis using MoGene-2_0-st Affymetrix microarrays according to standard procedures.
